Not gonna lie, but those prices seem actually kinda low for the bay area.. 5 bdrms under $2mil?
Seriously, those prices seems 50% lower than here on the peninsula. There’s a teardown 2/1 house a block away thats listed at 990k… a teardown.

San Mateo.. Yah, I’m just surprised by the price difference. When I moved here, Sunnyvale was way more expensive. My how times have changed.
SF is more of a draw now, and it spills over. But whether $1m or $2m, the only thing we can disagree on is the level of insanity…
Though, to be honest, I look at the prices down there and think “geez, those are actually pretty reasonable…” … its all relative to what the level-set has become wherever you are.
