    Status: installing Windows for the first time since Windows Vista. Wish me luck (Shut up, Cortana!). Would be so nice if there was a better Turbotax Business than @intuit’s and that it run on the Mac or Linux.

    Sad to say, but @apple support is just as f’d up as any other call center. Hours and hours of getting the go-around, and finally no answer. Nobody can tell me where a $500 charge on my credit card comes from.

    In the history of tech product distribution, the #Google #vision #AIY kit must rank as the worst. How can you distribute through @Microcenter physical stores only? There are just a handful in the country. You want me to drive from Silicon Valley to Orange County to pick one up?

    On train. Linux container downloading packages. It runs on VirtualBox host running on OSX bridged via iPhone WiFi hotspot running over Sprint’s IPv4-over-IPv6 tunnel. And somehow it works.
