I know it’s fashionable these days to say “privacy is over”. I happen to disagree — but for that, I need the cooperation of organizations like your’s. I’d like to be able to register and use a domain name without exposing personal information to anybody. So:

I urge you to respect internet users’ rights to privacy and due process.
- Everyone deserves the right to privacy.
- No one’s personal information should be revealed without a court order, regardless of whether the request comes from a private individual or law enforcement agency.
